Raised the perk requirements to upgrade the Laser Musket's barrel Minigun now has a receiver slot, allowing additional damage/RoF/armour pierce options

Increased the extent to which weapon quality affects minigun damage Changed the way quality affects RoF on a number of weapons The value of components recovered from scrapping weapons have been downscaled across the board Salvaging Secure Brace & Functional Mechanism components when scrapping weapons now requires ranks 1 & 2 of the scrapper perk, respectively Lowered the high end of the Plasma gun's damage Raised the Science! perk requirements for upgrading Laser Musket capacitor Reduced the damage bonus on the Laser sniper barrel Reduced the RoF bonus from the ion beam automatic barrels Marginally lowered max range of the Ion Beam & increased the damage bonus from the Improved long barrel The Submachinegun copper slug rechamber has been replaced with 5mm Rescaled the mat requirements for combat rifle magazines, particularly low-tier Changed the firing sound of Plasma-refitted combat shotgun to sound more 'energy-ish' increased the recoil and base spread of the combat shotgun by approx 50% (no more combat sniper shotgun, sorry folks!) Combat shotgun now fires substantially slower Fixed an inconsistency preventing the assault rifle being rechambered to its default ammo with non-standard magazines fitted
